1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dailypics (https://dailypics.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

dailypics is operated by Codo Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12307247 and registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use dailypics. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts and Authentication

dailypics uses Google Sign-In and Microsoft Sign-In for user authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google or Microsoft account and for all activity that occurs through your dailypics account.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:

Misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service

Access or attempt to access accounts that are not yours

Upload or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content

Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Paid Plans, Billing, and Renewals

Some parts of the Service may require a paid subscription.

Paid plans renew automatically on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Subscription billing and payment processing are handled by Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to Stripe processing payments on behalf of Codo Digital Ltd.

If you cancel, your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period unless Stripe or applicable law requires earlier termination.

We may change pricing, plan features, or plan availability in the future. Any pricing changes will apply prospectively and not retroactively to completed billing periods.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dailypics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
